How it works

A simple, governed way to access private markets.

Quarterly NAV subscriptions and optional liquidity — while you keep the client relationship, the brand and the margin throughout.

Illustration of capital from many wealth managers flowing through one venue into curated private-market funds
1

Your firm joins the PMLX venue

Every wealth manager receives its own dedicated allocation within any fund it chooses to access on PMLX — including PQC Fund I and other listed private-market funds. That allocation is:

  • branded under your firm
  • controlled by your firm
  • invisible to other distributors
  • ring-fenced for your clients
  • fully integrated into your existing custody and reporting systems

You remain the client's wealth manager. PMLX simply provides the venue and the rails.

2

You onboard your clients — on your terms

Clients are onboarded into your own wrapper, not into PQC or any GP fund. You control:

  • suitability and KYC/AML
  • reporting and pricing
  • wrapper fees and margin
  • liquidity terms
  • the client experience

PMLX tokenises your internal allocations as sub-ledger tokens, mapped 1:1 to the master tokens you hold. Your clients never appear on PQC's cap table — your client relationship is fully protected.

3

Subscribe at quarterly NAV — anytime

Each fund on PMLX publishes a quarterly NAV, locked for the entire quarter. You can subscribe at any time during that quarter, priced at the locked NAV; tokens are issued at that price and capital is deployed at the next allocation cycle. That means:

  • predictable pricing
  • simple client conversations
  • no capital calls
  • no blind-pool risk
  • no vintage timing issues
  • no operational friction

Clients simply invest at the current NAV — just like any other fund.

4

Capital is pooled and deployed with institutional discipline

Once subscribed, your capital joins the pooled capital from all participating wealth managers. The fund manager — PQC Fund I— then deploys it across curated private-market strategies:

  • private equity
  • private credit
  • venture
  • secondaries
  • continuation vehicles
  • co-investments

You get institutional access without negotiating commitments, managing capital calls, or handling GP operations.

5

Optional liquidity inside the PMLX wealth network

Private markets rarely offer liquidity — but PMLX enables governed, tokenised liquidity channels:

  • Distributor-level liquidity — trade fund-level tokens with other regulated distributors
  • Client-level liquidity — your clients can trade sub-ledger tokens within your own network or within ring-fenced private exchanges
  • Institutional secondary market — GP-level tokens (ERTs, CRTs) can trade on the regulated PML Exchange

All liquidity is NAV-anchored, governed, permissioned and fully settled through PMLX — and optional: you choose whether to offer it to clients.

6

You stay in control — PMLX stays neutral

Throughout the entire process, you remain the client's wealth manager: you control pricing, fees and margin; you manage onboarding, suitability, reporting (data and reports provided by PMLX) and liquidity permissions. PMLX provides the venue, the rails and the settlement layer — PQC or other GPs simply manage the underlying funds.

This is private-markets access designed for wealth managers — simple, governed, and scalable.
