For private equity sponsors

Patient capital for lower and mid-market managers.

ProduQtive Capital brings wealth manager capital to regulated private markets managers who would otherwise spend years raising it. One professional investor, a faster route to commitment, and infrastructure that gives your own investors a route to liquidity.

The fundraising gap

Raising capital should not take longer than deploying it.

Fundraising is the hardest part of running a lower or mid-market private markets firm. Large institutions concentrate their commitments with the biggest platforms, closes take longer than planned, and managers spend a disproportionate share of their time raising money when they should be investing it.

Wealth managers are a large and growing source of private markets capital, but they are difficult for most sponsors to reach. Each firm has its own onboarding, reporting and suitability requirements. Few sponsors can serve dozens of wealth managers directly, and many are wary of the complexity that comes with it.

ProduQtive Capital closes that gap. We pool capital from established, regulated wealth managers and invest it as a single professional LP, with the infrastructure to make that capital easy to hold and easy to report on.

Unlock capital

One professional investor in place of many.

PQC acts as a single, institutional-quality LP on behalf of a network of wealth managers. For you, that means access to wealth capital without the cost and complexity of building a wealth distribution operation.

Capital in hand

Our investors subscribe fully funded capital. PQC can therefore make commitments from capital that has been raised, rather than waiting on its own drawdowns.

Wealth capital, without the wealth complexity

You gain access to wealth capital without taking on retail regulation or serving each wealth manager yourself. We accept only established, regulated wealth managers, never retail investors.

Long-term by design

PQC Fund I is an evergreen structure with a dedicated CIO. It is built to be a stable, repeat investor, not a one-off cheque.

One subscription

A single commitment from PQC, in place of many from individual wealth managers.

One capital call

A single drawdown process, however many wealth managers stand behind it.

One reporting line

One consistent flow of NAV, cashflow and portfolio data.

One relationship

One governance relationship, one point of contact.

Strategies we back

Six strategies, one standard of partnership.

Our CIO builds a diversified portfolio across these strategies. In every case we invest at fund level, alongside managers who are regulated, experienced and aligned with their investors.

Private equity

Lower and mid-market buyout funds led by experienced, regulated teams with a clear edge in their segment.

Private credit

Credit funds serving lower and mid-market companies, with transparent reporting on borrower performance.

Venture

Selected early-stage venture funds with disciplined portfolio construction and strong follow-on reserves.

Secondaries

LP-led and GP-led secondaries funds buying established portfolios with visible underlying assets.

Continuation vehicles

GP-led vehicles that let sponsors keep backing their strongest assets beyond the original fund term.

Co-investment

Co-investment alongside lead sponsors to help complete equity cheques, structured through vehicles managed by regulated GPs.

What we ask in return

Capital with standards.

Our capital comes with conditions. They are not hurdles for their own sake. They are what allows wealth managers and their clients to hold private markets with confidence, and they benefit sponsors as much as investors.

  1. 1

    Infrastructure

    What we ask

Onboard your fund, investors, SPVs and portfolio companies onto PMLX, our infrastructure partner, and run the fund lifecycle through it.

    What you gain

One system for onboarding, capital accounts, documentation and settlement. Less manual administration and a record your investors can rely on.

  2. 2

    Valuation cadence

    What we ask

Provide regular portfolio data and support a consistent valuation process, with quarterly valuations at its core.

    What you gain

Credible, comparable valuations that support fair pricing of any liquidity and build lasting confidence among investors.

  3. 3

    Reporting

    What we ask

Report to a common standard: consistent NAV, cashflow and portfolio company data, delivered on schedule.

    What you gain

Reporting that serves every investor in one format, and a single reporting line to PQC rather than many bespoke ones.

  4. 4

    Token conditions

    What we ask

Accept that the digital record of each investor's economic rights carries your fund's terms, including fees, hurdle and carry, and the transfer rules you set.

    What you gain

Control. You decide who may trade, how much and when, and your fund's terms follow the exposure whenever it changes hands.

Liquidity options for your existing investors

A route to liquidity that does not require selling the portfolio.

Many sponsors face the same pressure. Investors in ageing funds want liquidity, assets still have upside, and the usual options (a forced sale, a discounted secondary or a costly continuation fund) each carry a cost. PMLX infrastructure is designed to offer a fourth way.

Controlled investor liquidity

Your investors' economic rights are recorded digitally, so exposure can be exchanged within rules you set. PQC and its wealth network may participate as buyers, within its mandate and subject to its own diligence.

Single-asset continuation

For a late-stage asset in an SPV, your investors choose to exit, stay or increase exposure, while you keep the asset. No discounted sale and no costly new vehicle.

Multi-asset continuation

Remaining assets are tokenised individually and combined into one instrument, giving investors blended exposure without a new continuation fund.

Optional liquidity for new funds

For a new fund, liquidity windows controlled by you, without amending the LPA, introducing redemption rights or creating a separate feeder.

In each case, the sponsor remains in control, the fund's legal and economic terms are unchanged, and your investors keep their choice.

What we look for

Regulated managers. Fund-level investments.

We are selective by design. These are the qualities we look for in the manager and in the fund.

The manager

Regulated
The management company is authorised or registered with a recognised regulator.
An experienced, stable team
A verifiable track record in the segment, and continuity of the people who produced it.
A clear lower or mid-market focus
A defined strategy and a segment where capital is genuinely harder to raise.
Alignment
A meaningful commitment from the GP and economics that reward investors first.
Governance and valuation discipline
A clear valuation policy, independent oversight and a record of reporting honestly.

The fund

Fund-level investments
We invest in funds, not directly in companies. Co-investment is made through vehicles managed by regulated GPs.
Institutional documentation
Clear terms, transparent fees and fund documents that stand up to legal review.
Readiness for infrastructure
Willingness to onboard to PMLX and adopt our valuation and reporting cadence.
Fit with the portfolio
A strategy that adds diversification across vintage, geography and approach.

Questions

What sponsors ask us.

Do we have to use PMLX?

Yes. Use of PMLX infrastructure is a condition of accessing PQC capital, because it delivers the consistent reporting, valuation cadence and ownership records our investors rely on.

Does this change our fund documents?

Our aim is for the infrastructure to sit alongside your existing fund documentation, without altering the legal or regulatory architecture of the fund. Specific points are agreed with your counsel during onboarding.

Who controls liquidity for our investors?

You do. The rules attached to the digital record, including who can trade, how much and when, and any lock-in period, are set by the sponsor.

Is PQC a direct investor in our portfolio companies?

No. PQC invests at fund level as a single professional LP. Co-investment is made alongside sponsors through vehicles managed by regulated GPs.

Where does the capital come from?

From established, regulated wealth managers, each investing through its own dedicated allocation in PQC Fund I. We do not accept retail investors.

Infrastructure features described on this page are intended capabilities and are subject to the platform's rollout and to agreement of specific terms. Nothing here is an offer or a commitment to invest.
